The Drew Approach: How we work together…

The first time we talk with prospective clients is through an informal meeting - to learn enough about each other to explore the project. Then, if we decide to proceed, the project will follow these steps:

1) Project scope and budget
We meet to discuss your ideas, the scope of the project and establish a general budget.

2) Initial estimates
D. Drew Development Ltd. provides initial project estimates, discusses them with you, and makes adjustments in relation to your vision for your home.

3) Design Development
D. Drew Development Ltd. creates the design for your home – primarily drawings and plans that will reflect design and structure including: HVAC, elements of construction, room dimensions, floor plan flow, and initial finishes. Also included in the design development phase are smart house elements, choice of cabinetry, appliances and sound and entertainment units. We also design to fit your furniture placement.

4) Complete Architectural Drawings

5) Construction Phase
Following complete construction drawings and your approval of all finishes, we build your home with constant oversight by our construction department. Many of our craftsman and subcontractors have worked for D. Drew for over 15 years. We will always be in communication with you; you will have constant input that reflects your ideas and vision for your home.
