David Marc Drew has been actively involved in real estate development since 1992. He was General Counsel and Vice President at Metropolitan Structures, a nationwide real estate developer. At Metropolitan, he was involved in multi-purchase and mixed use developments which included construction of office buildings, condominiums, residential apartment buildings, hotels and retail projects.

D. Drew Development, Ltd. has been developing high-end homes on the North Shore and major renovations in downtown Chicago since 1993. He has established himself as one of the Premier North Shore Home Builders and downtown Chicago renovators. His scope includes new construction, remodeling and home additions. Sensitivity to scale, proportion and context and materials bring a timeless beauty to all of his designs.

David is personally involved in the design process with value engineering and quality control. This unique concern allows for intelligent decisions during the design process as to the use of high-end materials and finishes.
